Brief Answer:
Go to ER /consult doctor

Detailed Answer:
hi
Thanks for the query

According to the history given by you, bump on your head is due to subdural haematoma formation means the bleeding under the skull and outside the brain.

A person may appear normal for days after a head injury, but slowly become confused and then unconscious several days later. This results from a slower rate of bleeding, causing a slowly enlarging subdural hematoma.

People may vary widely in their symptoms of subdural hematoma.
Symptoms of subdural hematoma can include:
Headache
Confusion
Change in behavior
Dizziness
Nausea and vomiting
Lethargy or excessive drowsiness
Weakness
Apathy
Seizures
If your symptoms starts getting reduced and with not associated any of the above symptoms you ca just wait and watch.
If your symptoms keep on increasing then following test can be get done for further evaluation.Your doctor may ask you to undergo head imaging, usually with computed tomography (CT scan) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI scan).

Thank you
Take care
