Question: hello i have a subconjunctival hemorrhage in my right eye that is covering most of ear side of white part of eye. can i do a hard run and lift weights or shoud lay low for a couple days thx

Unless you have high blood pressure, hard run and lifting weights would not matter and you need not lay low for the next few days. However, if your blood pressure is high, your exercise regimens might need to be modified suitably.
