Brief Answer:
Discontinue honey, turmeric at present .add gooseberry in daily basket .

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear XXXXXXX

Nice to hear about your health progress .

* Groin pain is related to occasional muscle stretch in some position ,
Surely not related to lymph node or urinary infection at present .

* Throat pain is obviously from hot weather induced drying of upper respiratory
tract mucosa .
Recommendations for the same :

- Discontinue honey & turmeric powder intake at present .
- Add Gooseberry in your basket
will help via rich anti oxidant , high content of iron , vitamin A , C
will work as immunity builder and prevent respiratory infection .

- Always carry clean drinking water , lemon juice or other liquids available with
you when working in heat & consume every hourly .
- Have some time for regular basis deep breathing exercises , YOGA for 30
minutes daily morning without any failure .

Best wishes for the future health .
BE POSITIVE always .
Regards .
