Question: 32 year old female. I woke up at 6 am and had to rush to the bathroom to throw up. I threw up again at 6:45 am. It's 4:23 pm and I haven't thrown up since. my body aches including my stomach and head, but I don't have a fever or diarrhea. I am not pregnant. I couldn't come up with any foods that would have caused this. My concern is that you hear about females having flu like symptoms before a heart attack. Please advise.

There are usually flu like symptoms before a heart attack. And there is nothing particular with females these are myths though.

Your symptoms look much like stomach upset may be you ate something in dinner which didnt suit your gut.. it didnt get digested and it was thrown out.

Now it is natural that you are feeling sick afterwards.
I would suggest you not to panic take syrup gaviscon 1 table spoon and dont eat any heavy meal...avoid tea coffee caffeine fizzy drinks energy drinks cigarette alcohol(which ever is relevant).

You will start feeling better in 2..3 hours..Drink good amount of water. with salts like you can add TANG.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.

Regrads.

It might well be an infection if gut.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back,

It might well be a gut infection mostly viral behaves like that.

You body had some foor with a contaminant ... I would suggest you to visit your doctor of you can do that any soon.

Till then:

1) Drink much fluids (little at a time but continuously)
2) Use fibrous food.
3) Take tylenol when there is fever.
4) Take good rest.
5) Syrup gaviscon thrice a day

Visit your doctor if you can't visit your doctor in a day or two then visit the ER is the only option left with.

Stay blessed and get well soon.

Best regards.
