1. Since when do you have these symptoms?

2. What did you eat 2-6 hours before the appearance of the first symptom?

3. Do you have any other symptoms?

4. Burning sensation after a meal (15-30 minutes after a meal) or before a meal (hunger pain)?

5. Weight loss?

6. Loss of appetite?

7. Bitter taste in the mouth?

8. Heartburn (i.e. burning sensation in the chest)?

9. Feeling of stomach being full even after eating very less?

10. Blood in vomit?

11. Dark coloured stools?

or anything else that can help me with a diagnosis. I look forward to helping you further after hearing from you.

The symptoms start about 30 minutes after i eat. I had a cheese omelet. And for lunch i had a small microwavable lasanga and a 2 oz. vanilla ice cream. I do not have any other symptons when this happens. Not any burning sensations that i remember. No weight loss. No loss of appetite. No bitter taste. Yes i have heartburn but not when this happens. Yes i do feel full. No blood in the vomit or the stools .

Brief Answer:
?/Stomach upset or infection; suggestions provided ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

If your symptoms have started more recently (as in a day or a few days ago), then with all the other information you have provided me with, it does sound like a stomach upset/infection.

I have the following suggestions:

+Antibiotic coverage: The use of two broad spectrum antibiotics like metronidazole 500 mg (one tablet twice a day for 14 days) and ciprofloxacin 500 mg (one tablet twice a day for 14 days)

But this would be best taken under the care of a doctor around you as you may have allergies to these medications, in which case we will have to provide an alternative for the same

+The use of an antacid (e.g. ranitidine, omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.)
+The use of probiotics either natural (buttermilk, curd, yogurt, etc.) or the ones available in the market or pharmacy
+Drink plenty of food
+Avoid spicy/fatty/oily/fried food
+Avoid smoking
+Avoid alcohol
+Have 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger ones
+Do not overeat
+Try to stay as well hydrated as possible; also initiate an ORS (oral rehydration solution) available in either powder or drink form (at least 1 litre to be consumed each day)

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
