Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer or PID are the possibilities for your stomach ache.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

There may be two reasons for your stomach ache.
1. If you had pelvic inflammatory disease, you could experience a stomach ache. But this would be more over your lower abdominal region on either or one side of your umbilicus possibly due to previous STD.
2. Next possibility is not related to STD, when the pain confined to your upper abdomen above umbilicus. It might be due to acid peptic disease or gastritis especially it is common with smokers and with whom have irregular timings of eating habits.
Nausea can occur in both situation.

Try to stop smoking. Try to stick to safe sex in future.
Consult your doctor. He/she will examine you and guide you better for the management of the stomach pain.
It is mandatory to have blood check up for STD/HIV after 8-12 weeks and rule out these possibilities as you had an unprotected sex.
