Brief Answer:
better to treat constipation instead

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Mittal
I have read you query
I think I will be able to help you.

It seems that the pain is due to the constipation. Therefore it would be better to relieve the constipation rather than taking the pain killers.
These measures should help
1. plenty of fluids
2. high fiber diet
3. bananas
4. safe medicines like syrup lactulose 30 ml at bedtime.
5. plenty of walk.

However, if you still want a pain killer, I am sure you can get a prescription for painkillers like mefenamic acid, drotaverine etc. However, its always better to avoid painkillers and treat the cause. The pain killers can damage the kidneys and/or the liver.

Best of luck
Dr Mittal
