Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Stiff neck at the age fo 78 for 2 weeks with use of warfarin is likely an age related articular degeneration and muscle spasm. I would suggest supportive care with pain killers, NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, massage and rest and neck exercises. Prolonged use of warfarin also accelerates the wear and tear of joints and is inevitable. so supportive care, with use of calcium vitamin D supplements etc will help.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
