Hello! I have been through your question.

I have seen the attached picture but it is not very clear. Please could you send me an other picture and explain me too the local signs in this area.

You should know that people normally carry staph in the nose, mouth, genitals, or anal area, and don’t have symptoms of an infection. The infection often begins with a little cut, which gets infected with this bacteria.
Usually the staph infections can look like honey-yellow crusting on the skin or range from a simple boil to antibiotic-resistant infections to flesh-eating infections.
Furthermore to define better the diagnosis and to exclude an possible MRSA I suggest to do a culture test of this element.
