Brief Answer:
This may be staphylococcal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query at HealthcareMagic.

I have read your query and seen the photos.

Near the edges vesicles seem to be present. But if this is not fluid filled, then it is a small ulcer most probably due to a bacteria called staphylococcus. Topical antibiotics like applying betadine or polysporin after washing with hydrogen peroxide and clean water should help.

I would like to know details about it to be better able to help
- For how long has it been there?
- Is it accompanied by fever or any other symptoms?
- Do you have any other condition like diabetes?
- What started it?

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
