Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Best supportive care is the answer

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details.

So in such a case with poor heart function, tracheostomized patient and poor performance, best supportive care is the only feasible approach.

However, if the patient's general condition improves, chemo drugs may need to be tried in a single dose manner and in low dose.

Please share the details of lymphoma so that i can tell you more about prognosis and treatment.

Awaiting..
Thanks and regards
