Brief Answer:
A problem most probably related to the bowel.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

How you are describing it, the location of the pain and being spasmatic, it seems something related with the bowel.
It may be because of gas or bowel movement.

Do you have constipation? Diarrhea? Gasses?

Be careful of what you eat these days and see if you feel an improvement- avoid spicy food, foods that increase constipation, diarrhea or gasses like greasy foods, beans, ect. You know yourself better and you maybe know what affects your bowel and how it does it.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor as it may be something serious and needs a physical exam.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
