Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Runny Nose, Cough And Excess Throat Mucus

Question: Mom is 93....5ft....110lbs... 10 days ago she developed a sore throat, runny nose, NO fever,,, it progressed to coughing and CLEAR drainage ...she is coughing ok and the phlegm does come up ....... it has gone into her chest (congestion) with coughing, and clear , thick, phlegm... no fever....she does not have aches or pains...I am concerned about it turning into pneumonia---- what are good things to do to clear up the chest congestion and prevent pneumonua???

You should get a x-ray chest P A view done.
Please send me the pictures of her throat and tell me what medicines has she been taking so far?
It is better to take steam inhalation and do nebulisation.
Take tablet levocetrizine plus pseudoephedrine twice daily and a cough syrup which contains expectorant.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
