Question: I was bitten by something on July 1, on July 8 I became very ill with body aches, headache, sore throat, joint problems, vomiting etc. I am still sick. The bite has turned into a bullseye rash.

Based on your history I think that this is early Lyme disease with erythema migrans.
The best treatment recommended for adult patients with early disseminated Lyme disease associated with erythema migrans (like you), in the absence of specific neurologic manifestations, according the recent guidelines are Doxycycline , amoxicillin , or cefuroxime axetil for 14 days (10–21 days for doxycycline and 14–21 days for amoxicillin or cefuroxime axetil).

Please specify me how many days you have taken the bactrim till now, have you finished 7 days or not ?
Please could you send me an attached picture of the bullseye rash?
