rest, fluids, paracetamol, chloroseptic, cough suppressant

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The most common reason for these symptoms would be a viral infection such as the common cold or flu.

Coughing can cause chest pain because it can affect the muscles in the chest. In some persons pain can also occur due to irritation/inflammation of a lining outside of the lung

Paracetamol would help with the sore throat and also help with the chest pain as well.
There are also local medications (gargles, sprays etc) that can help with the sore throat eg chloroseptic, diflam or covonia throat spray.
If your local pharmacy does not have these, they may have similar alternatives, they are usually over the counter medication

A cough suppressant, which would be found in over the counter cough medication, would help with the cough. eg dextromethorphan.
Cough suppressants should be easily found at any local pharmacy

Fluids would help with the dryness.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
