Brief Answer:
rest, fluids, pain meds, cough suppressant

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Sore throat, fatigue, headache, disordered thinking and cough are in keeping with a viral infection affection the respiratory tract.

This may be the common cold or flu. The flu would normally be associated with muscle aches and pain, eye pain, fever and chills.
If the symptoms are in the early phase, you can monitor to see if any additional symptoms develop.

The main treatment for the symptoms that you are currently experiencing are-(1) rest and fluids- using cool/cold liquids and foods may be best with the sore throat

(2)Paracetamol and/or ibuprofen for the headache and also to reduce the sore throat

(3)using topical meds would help with sore throat as well- covonia throat spray or chloroseptic spray or gargle or soluble aspirin

(4)cough suppressant eg robitussin

It can take 1 to 2 weeks for symptoms to improve

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
