Question: my breast has been sore for a couple of weeks now my nipple is itching is there anything I can do for it.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
Soreness in breast is often seen as premenstrual symptom before the onset of menses, but if there has been itching over the nipples then it is better to rule out any fungal infection if any, which can be noticed if there are white scales and flaky skin over the areola.
If no such thing then this itching can be controlled by simple application of petroleum jelly thrice a day. You may wear cotton brassiere which is less irritative to the skin and shall prevent aggravation further.
If still not controlled then you may take an antihistaminic like tab cetrizine 5mg twice a day for 2 days and you should be relieved.
