Question: My feet are tight and have started doing physical therapy. The PT suggested my feet may have adhesions for the reason of the tightness. It is harder to move my left foot because tighter and feels like has spread more to the ankle area. Question - If adhesions in my feet area how to get rid of adhesions?

Adhesions ( of soft tissue) require surgical release procedures for permanent relief. An MRI SCAN can be pretty helpful in identifying these abnormalities in soft tissues causing the symptoms.
