Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX,

First I suggest you try home remedies to get rid of cold.

I suggest you Steam inhalation twice a day.
Drink warm water and hot drinks like ginger tea, coffee.
Avoid exposure to cold weather and be warm at home.
Vitamin C supplements once a day.

If sneezing persist then I suggest you cetrizine 5 mg once a day or Sinarest after discussing with your doctor. Cetrizine and sinarest are safe in pregnancy.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Thank you.
