Suggest Treatment For Sneezing Along With Congestion And Cold Head

Question: i started off with a head cold more like sinus problem, congested and sneezing alot, then I woke up one day to very sore lymph nodes in my groin and right arm pit. My right breast was also numb for about three days. Then I started to worry and feel sick and axhausted. This is a month later and I'm still feeling very tired, depressed, I am feeling alittle better depression wise. My right breast is better but my groin still aches and I feel like urinating most of the time. I seem to be worse in the day time then night. I did go to the doctor and he ran blood work and checked my urine. Urine came back as having no infection, I I had started on antibiotic before urine test so I completed those yesterday, my nerves feel really bad and my doctor thinks its stress. He has me on referral to see a gynecologist but I can't get in till the fall. That is really far from now. What should I do.

Thanks for asking question on HCM.
First, if you have sneezing and congestion problem with cold head,then you can take symptommatic treatment for that.Do you had a fever or any other symptoms which you can tell me more?
Second,if you were feeling pain over groin and right arm pits,then there can be possibility of lymphadenitis most likely for which you had your groin aches and frequent urination.If you have started antibiotics and after that you went for routine blood and urine testing,then there is chances of negative results in most of the cases because of antibiotics as you already said you had a no infection in urine.Anyway,can you tell me more about the blood reports or antibiotics which you started?
However,You can go for antibiotics like Tab.Cefiximme-CV 200mg twice a day for 5 days,Tab.paracetamol 500mg once if there is fever(>100F),Tab.ibuprofen 400mg three times a day for 3 days at least,Tab.levocetrizine 10mg twice a day for 3 days,Tab.Pantoprazole 40mg twice a day for 3 days.
Above treatment will also cover your congestion and sneezing symptoms.

I have had no fever at all, I feel that its my ovaries at least the discomfort is in that general area. But its constant pressure, just not sure if its ovaries or bladder because of the constant pressure and feeling like my bladder is full. Could stress be causing my bladder to be agitated. I am worried about my health as I feel exhausted and very down. I do have alot going on right now but adding to my worries is the thought that I could have cancer. They just did a vaginal ultra sound and could not see my ovaries but the doctor said that sometimes you just can't see them. The antibiotics were given to me the same day they sent off my urine for a culture so I hadn't started them yet, so that wouldn't have had any bearing on the results. The doctor said my ESR was at 36 and depending on who you talk to that may or may not be high. I need to relax but its hard when you feel bad and have symptoms that could be serious. Not sure what other tests can be done for my ovaries or kidneys but I sure don't want to wait too long and then get bad news because I did. I forgot to mention that my Lipid proteins are 1206 which is very high, my doctor said I should take something to lower it, and my Naturopath says just change the diet. That high cholesterol is not dangerous but 1206 for lipid proteins is dangerous and can be lowered by eating alot of vegetables.

Thanks for follow-up query.
If you had not fever then its good but still i would say you take full course of antibiotics to get rid off all this.
Now,yes stress can be one factor for frequent urination.you live free-relaxed life and do daily yogas and don't get worried about cancer or ovarian issue,you leave all this matter on your doctor's shoulder.
Never go for unnecessary investigations just thinking that they have come in mind rather you always follow your doctor's advises.
To reduce total lipids,you can start eating more green leafy vegetables and avoiding butter,oil,ghee or fast foods.You can take Tab.atorvastatin 10mg once in night to reduce total lipids.

Sorry not sure what you mean by that statement.
So even though I'm in pain and feeling very uncomfortable you think I should not try to figure out what is causing this, just try to relax and goto yoga.
I feel like something is wrong.

Don't take it wrongly, I meant to say if you feel any problem then you must not think about cancer and all that but let your doctor do the further proceeding whenever required.

Now I said regarding yogas,it means just to relieve from stress ,its not the active treatment in certain medical problem.
