Question: i have some problem in erection and my penis is looking like a child's penis when it is not erected..... one ball under penis is upside and paining sometimes
what is the reason and solution for my question

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are worried about the size of the penis being smaller in flaccid state.

1) Are you married ?
2) Do you get hard erection while masturbating or during sex with female partner?
3) Do you get morning erection.?

Please note that size of the penis in flaccid state has no significance at all. It is the hardness of the penis that is important from the point of view of sexual satisfaction of both the partners.

As regards position of the testicles .In every individual one testicle is always at lower level than its counterpart and is nothing to be worried about.

One does not require any treatment as long as he gets good hard erection.
