2.For how many days it is there?
3.Any relation to menses?
4.Any other symptoms other than pain?

At this area women get sometimes sebaceous cyst or folliculitis, infection at the base of a hair.

Nothing to worry about these.

I advise that you should take cold compress and local antibiotic lotion and wait for 1/2 days.It will resolve in few days.

Most probably it is folliculitis which is inflammation of hair follicles.

You need not to worry.

You can apply local antibiotics like t-bact ointment and cold compression by wrapping ice in cloth, apply over lump.

It will heal in2-3 days.

Consult your gynecologist if it persists or increases.
