Brief Answer:
Findings are not related to kidney failure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX

Small left kidney may be developmental in origin and in these cases nothing is required.
Important thing is its echogenesity,cortico-medullary differentiation, surface smoothness etc.

Mild prominence of pelvicalcyeal system in left kidney may be due to many reasons like over distended urinary bladder, recent passage of calculus etc.

You need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, urine RE/ME,renal function test, urine culture and sensitivity.
CT scan of abdomen can be done if needed.

Your findings also suggest chronic urinary bladder infection.
You may need few antibiotics after complete investigations.

You don't worry.It is a treatable condition.
Your should consult nephrologist.Findings are not related to kidney failure.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
