Question: When I get an erection I notice small cracks in my skin around the head of my penis, there is a burning sensation at the cracked areas. How can I treat this?

Brief Answer: Balanitis. Detailed Answer: Hi You give a typical description of Balanitis / Eczema of the prepuce. I suggest you to apply CALAMINE lotion or CORTAID on it. Do not participate in sex till it heals. This takes a day or two. Good luck.
