Brief Answer:
Can be bartholin cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to bartholin cyst. This is a benign condition caused by blockade in bartholin gland ducts. It can be asymptomatic. But can get infected and give pain. In such case hot fomentations will be helpful.

If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. If the condition persists and bothers you then you can consult and gynecologist and do excision of cyst surgically.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Looks like an epidermal inclusion cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

I have gone through your picture. It looks like epidermal inclusion cyst. It is a common area of occurrence also. This is a benign cyst. But not good to leave it like that as there are rare case where malignancy arise from this.

So it is better to do excision surgically and send for histopathology examination after consulting a gynecologist or general surgeon.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
