I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

However I would require a couple of more details to help you in answering your query in a better justified way.

1. After how long in sleep does this occur?
2. What is your current weight?
3. Since how long has this been happening?

Hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience.

Brief Answer:
Sleep apnoea could be responsible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the details.
Well 210 pounds is ona higher side and you may be having a sleep apnoea. The best way to diagnose it would be do get a polysomnography done. This will give a definite diagnosis of sleep apnoea. If it is present, you will be reaquired to loose weight and use a bipap machine for a few days.
Hope this helps
Kind regards.
