Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Below are answers to your questions.

1. IS 74 minutes of sleep enough time to diagnosis me
--No, 90 minutes of sleep is must to study all stages of sleep and to understand the sleep apnea well.

2. would a mouth guard work better
--yes, it does help

3. my BMI is 35. Would loosing weigh help my sleep apnea go away (cure)
--Obviously, there are huge chances of it getting cured if you loose weight

4. should I have surgery
-- I do not see the need. Weight loss can be attempted first.

Hope, I answered your query.

If I publish my sleep study report could you take look at it?.,. I wonder why the sleep center didn't ask me to return, both doctors said the data was sufficient to diagnose me.
