Question: Dear Doctor,
In 2007 I went to see a doctor regarding discoloration on my fore arms and patches of melasma on my face. I was a food server and I thought I had skin infections from working around food and clearing dirty dishes. The doctor at Desert Dermatology told me 3 important things. 1) To not XXXXXXX my skin darker to cover the uneven skin tone/infections; as I had planned to do. 2) To use a medical grade SPF 50 on any parts of my body with exposure to the sun, which I do daily now. 3) That he could make me white all over my body with laser treatments or cryotherapy. At that time, I declined because my ill father, (dying with cancer) had spent his life working very hard as a Black father and I felt becoming white at that time in my life and his, was a blatant act of disrespect. I regret not having taken the opportunity offered that day!
In the winter of 2006/07, I had culinary insurance and was member of a culinary union in Las Vegas, NV. When my dear friend XXXXXXX a chef, had a son who die from the Bird flu virus I left the culinary union and went to work for the IRS. The melasma and skin infections got better in time. In 07/2009 my father fell ill again with Prostate cancer, oral cancer, diabetes and pending Kidney failure and I returned to Las Vegas to live here until he died in 08/2010. Shortly before his death I sought out the doctor who offered me the cryotherapy but he was no longer practicing with Desert Dermatology and they would not tell me his name ( sadly I had forgotten). I suspected that my “So-call” step mother got the doctor at Desert Dermatology arrested - after she and all her children (none related to me or my father) had their skin whitened because in 2007 (from accounts of friends who did it) the procedure was painful and my father’s faux wife and all her greedy, selfish brats, were the type of women who constantly complained about quality of care to get cosmetic procedures done for free! After my father’s death, my life has been a living hell of disease and sickness. I exposed myself to his cancers by touching him to much while he died. My father’s faux wife had the Las Vegas community believing I was a problem because my father confided me on his death bed, he left everything to me and she must have known. In 01/ 2011 I began to see Dr. XXXXXXX Chang, (based on a recommendation that she did whitening treatments) but she must be related to the evil faux Step mother, as was the attorney. Dr. Chang refused to help me as a dermatologist. Somewhere between my initial visit for help and me putting in a grievance against her in 07/2015, she decided that she would ignore my plea for help and my skin cancer. Now, I cannot get the medical help I need here in Nevada. Dr. Chang even tried to get me to take diabetes and high blood pressure medications and I have neither. In July 2015 she casually stated I have melasma ( I knew that ) but because of the outbreak on my face, neck, arms, legs and feet she added melanoma to her (across the room) diagnosis. She never once offered to perform one medical test. Her medical degree must in esthetician studies only. Since 07/2015, I have seen numerous doctors asking about Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) and they all act like I am crazy - when I know the procedure exist. As for the active outbreaks – thank GOD I am educated enough to stay alive and regain a topical healthy appearance; except for the scarring blemishes on my body (mostly) and a few on my face. I began to help myself with medical grade peels and dermaplaning. I use OTC’s with 10% benzoyl peroxide and 2% hydroquinone. I also bath using glutathione soaps. I spend about $200 to $400 monthly on OTC’s to keep the infections under control and off my face.
I have never been dark skin. I am beige with red tint in complexion. I am about 75% Native XXXXXXX I am and was born a female. I am about 30 lbs. overweight but not obese; more so boxy and busty. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. My mothered died when I was a child. I am doing OK financially. I have a BA degree and obtained additional Mental Health studies and have repayment due to begin in 03/2016. I have no police record and a good moral character. I am a Christian. Estranged from my husband and have young adult children. After my father's existing last will disappeared, I was left impoverished but I have survived better than all of his faux wives and their children have done so because upon them stealing over a quarter of a million dollars from a trust account - I got them all arrested. Do to their constant courtroom beg and me being Black and sensible, the money has yet to be returned to its rightful owner – ME! I’ve maintained housing for the past 2 years, but before the last 2 years, I have been homeless off and on and I have stayed in cheap hotels. With the uncertainty of poverty and accumulated stress, I stay infected with disease. I had heard that WBC is a common procedure/treatment in London, England and is frequently performed on the gypsy population. Since XXXXXXX does not seem to like me (specifically Nevada) I am in the process of moving to Europe obtain the whole body whitening procedure, to move forward in my life and to leave behind the faux family and haters. I am seeking the whole body whitening treatment because I do not want to be recognizable to them any further, and to even the “Playing field” when they as now white people start acting superior to me based on race and because in the past 5-6 years they have tormented me in was that are unimaginable to the average person!
Doctor please give me the list of reputable doctors who can sincerely be of assistance to me. I would prefer England because they speak English. But I am also agreeable to other international locations for cost reduction – but not the Middle East. I am in process of seeking military assistance based on my father never once using is military benefits. I am also in the process of moving to LA (temporally) until I can find out where to go and who to trust in terms of being a single female traveling alone.
One last thing- I knew World renowned Dr. Drew Pinsky as a teenager. He was a neighbor to a childhood friend, XXXXXXX (Suzanne Ruth) Newton. Perhaps he can place me in a rehab situation until I get the procedure and or while I get to a better place. I am not on drugs, although I am not currently drinking I do have alcoholic tendencies and currently my depression is a little than normal. I really just need to hide from the women who have tormented me because I cannot take their behavior towards me any further and they are criminal felons, drug users and no one seems to notice they are on house arrest with no discipline and as a Black person I am under constant scrutiny and fearful for my life.

Dear Dr. Prof. XXXXXXX Saha,
I have sound reasons for leaving Las Vegas. The first and main reason is because the people who have tormented me my entire life dwell here on the property where I live. Sure I could move to another location in Las Vegas, but as soon as I do, the police and the courts would allow the criminal problems to move on that property as well. I have restraining orders and trespassing orders against them, but this city refuses to endorse both because no one wants them in their community and these people are a problem to every person they come in contact with; causing physical harm and disease.

Although once associated with these individuals through “family” ties, I separated myself entirely from them in the course of the past few years, and in doing so, his community has allowed them to do even more horrible things to me and they gained (money and housing) better favor in doing so. In fact, the reason I am moving from my current address, is because for one reason, it is too costly to have this much strife in my life and secondly, it is because no one else wants to be bothered by these ill-behaved criminal nuisances, so the police and the courts here in Las Vegas allowed for them to dwell in the attic space above my apartment unit and steal from me and physically harm me regularly! In terms of people on house arrest who did not have to be respectful of me or mindful of me because of the court system encouraging their behavior, I have lost financially about $35,000 when I should have made that amount in profit for housing and feeding them. I blame this community for negligence of allowing racist criminals to abuse a single Black female and for making me learn that I am considered less than white skinned racist criminals.

Secondly, I am well educated person who has applied for dozens of jobs in this community and even after spending another $17,000 on my education, the best this community was willing to offer me in terms of employment was a $10/hour job and that was only offered to me because they were allowing my criminal abusers to work at the same job location and to be verbally and physically abusive towards me. I know people don’t like me based on my looks, race, gender (female), and exceptionally good character, but to favor people who are criminals, over me, an individual who pays their bills timely and is mindful of laws, is simply the last straw in a long list of problems I have endured in this community. I am moving primarily so that this community can see these problems for what and who they truly are when they have to deal with them directly and cannot scapegoat theses criminal problems they created on a victimized person like me. As I stated before – I want nothing further to do with them and in fact, I do not want them to even recognize me. I have lost my quality of life for criminals and drug users to succeed and to believe they are better than me in every way imaginable.

I am at an age that I have lived a full life and death does not frighten me. Additionally, I have been alone for a decade to not have any one else physically harmed by these nutcases, criminal nuisances, because they are that evil toward anyone who wants to interact with me or vice a versa. I’ll take my chances on location to improve the quality of my life!

As for your questions regarding locations, I have given it a lot of consideration. I love a song called Babylon by XXXXXXX Gray. I am a 5th generation XXXXXXX citizen. I love the USA and Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I am not escaping from the USA. I just no longer want to live in a city that excludes righteous individuals to include criminals and drug users. I have been living off my savings while this community allowed for me to be abused. I have not worked regularly in the past 20 years because of the criminal tormenters that have hovered around me, stealing every one of my opportunities. Do I think it was race that allowed them to behave in the manner I have been treated? About 60% of me says yes. The other 40% says it is because once you find someone to bully on, no one stops it because they fear it will be them or theirs who will be the new victim. I have never afforded myself a vacation in the past 20 years. All I did was survive. That is practically my entire adult life. I am tired being judged based on my color or so called XXXXXXX XXXXXXX status. I have forgotten that I am a human being because I feel like a slave to racist criminal haters! I have a little bit of money left in savings. Before I die, I would like to breathe deep and laugh one more time. I would also like to see London, England; Paris, France; The Vatican; XXXXXXX Greece and maybe sit on a beach in Crete and not have any one wonder what that Black person is doing here. My location of choice to have the procedure done is London, England. That would enhance my ability to visit other cities with no stress or strife. And maybe by the time I return to the USA I can find a good job (any amount more than $10 an hour) because my race will not be the focal point.

I need to contact the doctor location so that I can situate my living or hotel stay based on that location.

I need to be assured that once I am in London, England the procedure will be available to me and how long it will take. I also want to know the cost and other procedures that would be recommended.

As I read through this website, a few doctors were posted, However when I called, not one of the doctor's office still existed in the same capacity or were doing the same procedures.

My living arrangements are based on my choice in doctor and the length of time that is needed.

I live in Las Vegas. I have stopped doing cosmetic procedures here because not only is the staff a problem, everyone who needs a procedure wants me to pay for theirs if I can afford one for myself.

Additionally, no one wants the criminal elements I have been tortured by. If I give you an address and somehow they get it, they will gladly ship them off to that address. I cannot explain to you how much a problem they are to me and anyone they come in contact with.
