Suggest Treatment For Skin Tags On The Face

Question: i have little moles calles skin tags... how can i get rid of them? are there any home remedies?
a friend said i can freeze them off with wart remover.. is that safe?

No home remedies, go for radiofrequency ablation or excision

There are no home remedies to treat skin tags.
Wart remover can be used but their is always a chance of irritant contact dermatitis to it.
It is better you consult a dermatologist and get them removed by either radiofrequency ablation or snip excision.
