Question: I am having some skin tags on my neck, shoulders, etc. How can I get rid of these as it looks very odd.

Skin tags are nothing but benign growth of skin which presents as out-pouching of excess skin.
The best treatment would be removal via a machine called electrocautery/radiofrequency cautery. Make sure you get it done from a certified dermatologist only.
