Question: Hi, Our baby is 8 weeks old. As you can see in the picture attached, she has developed the kind of redness on the back side of her neck. We are observing this for more than a month. May be it has developed because the she sleeps maximum time presently. But for few days we are observing that she sometimes stretch her hand towards her ear or back of neck, maybe she is feeling some irritation. We are applying the baby talcum powder on it. Can you please advice.
