Suggest Treatment For Sinus Issues, Head Pressure, Pain In Head And Neck

Question: I been having head pain and neck pain for a minute. I am unsure what to do. I have sinus issues and head pressure

Thank you for the query.

In my opinion You have no need to be worry about it.

Your symptoms may indicate sinus infection. Head pain/head pressure and nasal discharge are the typical symptoms.

Sinus infection is treated by pain killers, decongestant which reduce the amount of mucus in the sinuses (nasal drops or sprays).

If the symptoms will not disappear within 5 days you should contact with your doctor so he or she may examine you and prescribe the antibiotic.

How do you get rid of the head pressure. It's driving me crazy. i don't know what to take

pain may be due to high blood pressure

For head pressure you should take painkillers.

If it will not help please measure your blood pressure because high blood pressure may cause headache.

Normal blood pressure is from 120 over 80 (120/80) to 139 over 89 (139/89). If your blood pressure is higher than 140/90 you should contact your doctor so that he or she will prescribe you adequate treatment.
