Brief Answer:
if using decongestants, nasal spray as well then need review

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Normally after 3 days there should be some minimal improvement, the symptoms would not be expected to be completely resolved but some slight change should be seen.

This is especially so if the antibiotics are being used with oral and topical decongestants, antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray.
The decongestants and the nasal spray would have worked along with the antibiotics to help open up the sinuses.

If you are only using the antibiotics on their own then you can add these and monitor over a 24 hour period to see if there is any change.

If you are already on the full cocktail of meds , then it would be best to see your doctor for a review because the antibiotic is not working for you.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
