Brief Answer:
With this hopefully nothing dangerous would happen

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, with the dose you have mentioned hopefully any dangerous side effects won't be encountered and dizziness and nausea can be temporary and will resolve once the drug is cleared put of system. Keep a check on pulse that if it is regular or not and try to take more amount of water and fluids.

As you have mentioned the history of blood clot inside leg, and you are on blood thinners so if that blood thinner include warfarin than do rememebr it has got interaction woth warfarin and it lowers levels of warfarin so an increased dose may be needed if on it.

If symptoms worsen than consult a nearby ER of some medical facility and get EKG and baselines done otherwise keep monitoring for the resolution of symptoms.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
