Brief Answer:
believe in self, do exercises, meditation, blood work up

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.

Firstly I would like to say that you should believe in yourself. You are in service (some permanent job), which you must have got after fighting a competition. So don't doubt your efficiency, you were efficient, that's why you were chosen for the service.

Being introvert is not a sin, even inability in public speaking is not unique to you only. Several successful people have such problems. If you can serve people and do your job effectively, such things will not matter.

Easy distraction and lack of concentration is a phase in service, many people face this in their service career. It would be a temporary phenomenon.

Laziness is also a human nature, you can overcome by it easily. Inability to prioritise may be due to work load or less training.

Now having understood your concerns, let's come to the solutions
1 increase your stamina by exercises like jogging/walking , this will reduce your laziness.
2 your weight, haemoglobin levels, thyroid levels should be within normal ranges. Diet control, exercises will help you. Do blood work up to know about haemoglobin and thyroid levels. Take treatment accordingly.
3 prioritising is very simple and important task. Urgency and impact of any work decides priority. Discuss with your friends in same service.
4 balanced diet, regular exercises will take care of your concentration also. However you should also try meditation (yoga- pranayam). It is a very effective XXXXXXX tradition for holistic health.
5 once you get confidence in your work, your public speaking will certainly improve. You can start speaking in smaller groups and then gradually move to bigger groups.
6 changing service after putting 8 years of service is not a good idea. You will be junior in new job, you have to learn several things. So its better to continue in same service.

I hope my reply will benefit you. Please feel free to write for follow up queries. I wish you good health and all strength for your life.

I'm in a private company; I’m soft spoken, new development engg. work requiring tremendous pressure of work, timely execution of job...and recently changed my job with same profile in which I was since two years, and have higher post then previous company...(with job change also there are lots of new thing & over expectation, with comparison to the person who was doing this job earlier...i know this is normal)...but is there anything wrong with the chosen profession?...should I go for any psychometric test to check this...is there anything like I’m fighting for the thing which i'm unable to full-fill (this is still a controversial question....there are thousand suggestion and examples to prove this wrong, Einstein etc.)
low concentration is not new I’m struggling with this since my intermediate classes....before that I was able to memorize most of the things in single reading...(now when I can do work some time I engage in surfing net, on the name of relax!!)...I remember in my childhood I was always used to do things at low speed firstly...then doing thing in speed at last moment, same is now (laziness).
There are so many things running in my mind.....I don't want to get a name any disease/disorder to justify my incompetency...but I just need solution...above all answers by you are 100% correct...but some of the things have become my habits. late office staying is affecting my daily routine....my office hours I have to leave home at 7 am & reach home late in night...on 'speaking' I have trouble to even express emotion to my wife, I can'nt even thank here for certain thing which I later realize....everything becomes..."i would have told this or I would have done this"....and not able to present things clearly & less communication to superiors (I used to find ways to escape from them or face them)

could you please suggest me step by step thing to improve...it is right that changing profession will not improve things....this may happen in some other job like lectureship which sometime I find suitable for me..

Brief Answer:
follow the advise written below.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX welcome again and thanks for follow up question and for providing detail information. I have understood your concerns. Problems you are facing has become very common specially in private corporate sector.

I advise my friends and patients in private sector to observe following in their routine to avoid stress while performing in service
1 prioritise your life aims and objectives
2 your wife, kids and parents and friends should get priority along with your job
3 do regular exercises which is generally missed due to busy life and work pressure
4 try yoga (pranayam and asana - will help you in increasing your concentration )
5 I would again not advise you to change the job

For some important aspects of life, just make a rule to do it. Like expressing emotions to your wife. Say her your emotions in morning when you leave home, when you return home, just before going to sleep, while having dinner, send text messages when in office. Just make it a rule. Now onwards speak whatever you want to say, don't delay.

Finish one task at a time, it will help in improving your performance. Don't take rest before you finish a particular letter or clear a file or make a report. Again make it a rule. Don't leave your chair before you finish it. Your laziness will go away.

Relax enough everyday. Don't sit in front of Internet or tv when you are relaxing. Weekend should be utilised for recreational purpose. You can think of keeping your phone and Internet off for Sunday. Go to movie, park or wherever your wife wants. Go for a tour at least once in a year to some natural places.

At the end I would say that you can take help of experts in man management, relationship management with superiors, work efficiency , public speaking. You should not hesitate in seeking help, there's no age limit for learning.

Regarding psychometric analysis, you can try it but if you follow what I have suggested, you will not need psychometric analysis.

I hope my reply will benefit you. Please feel free to ask follow up queries to HCM or me. I wish you good luck and health.
