Question: My Father is sufferinig from shoulder pain during the sleep, Night and all he was not able to sleep

1) My father is having pain from last 10 days..
2) No he don't have pain in lifting his shoulders. But he he told its severe only during the night.
3) No, He don' have diabetes.....
And for your information he is running hotel, he only prepares all the stuffs. That time he is having a lots hand work is there like grinding, lifting...

I have studied your case. I think your father is having impingement and your answers are also suggested that. I would recommend you to get MRI of the shoulder. This will confirm the diagnosis. If there is impingement then he has following options.
1. Hot water fomentation
2.steroid injection in shoulder by trained shoulder specialist
3.Tablet Gabapin NT one daily.
4.if this pain improve then it is ok otherwise he might need arthroscopic surgery to remove compression of the cuff.
