Brief Answer:
I need to see MRI of the shoulder

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I have studied your case. Recurrent shoulder dislocation needs MRI to diagnose the lesion and it cannot be done just by x rays report.
I would suggest you to get MRI of the shoulder and send me report. Otherwise you can start physiotherapy. If their is a giant dislocation then surgery will be needed. Younger patients has high chances of recurrent dislocation.
Thanks
