Brief Answer:
Possibility of post infectious bronchitis is more.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having post infectious bronchitis.
It is common after viral upper respiratory tract infection (congestion in the ears).
You lung capacities are also reduced. So this favors bronchitis also.
Inhaled treatment is the best treatment for bronchitis.
So you will improve with inhaled bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids (ICS).
Please let me know if you are smoker.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
I thought you first had congestion and then shortness of breath.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
So, you initially developed shortness of breath and then developed congestion.
I though you had congestion first and then shortness of breath.
So in your case we need to rule out lung infection first because you had shortness of breath and wheezing first.
So please let me know
1. Do you have cough and expectoration?
2. Do you have fever or chest pain?
