Brief Answer:
Topical application of steroids-lignocaine creams to reduce pain or burning

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

The reason could be your hard stools passing for the past few days which actually causes excess straining during defecation which in turn lead to tearing of the anal skin or mucosa, known as anal fissure.

Anal fissures are nothing but the ulcers as a result a tearing of tissue around anus which causes burning sensation during and after passing of stool.

You should go for routine blood count, stool examination with clinical examination by an experienced surgeon to have a correct diagnosis and to rule out any positions of piles.

You may require,

1) Antibiotics (quinolones like ofloxacin or norfloxacin with antiprotozoals like metronidazole or ornidazole) with
2) Topical application of steroids with lignocaine creams or ointments to reduce pain and inflammation with
3) Hot sitz bath,
4) Laxatives or purgatives to have a soft and effortless stool evacuation.
5) Vitamin b complex with folic acid to have a rapid healing of ulcer.

You should consult general surgeon for complete history, thoroughly examination and treatment for anal fissure.
