Brief Answer:
Fleeting/Moving Pain in left breast/ Under Evaluation

Detailed Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.

My opinion- Mastodynia left breast Under Evaluation
IN the given situation, You seems to be having-Fibroadenosis,which may give pains like this. Fibroadenosis is caused from montly hormonal changes and is observed in pre-mentsrual periods.
The fleeting dull ache pain, for seconds in inner quadrant of left breast,is mostly during premenstrual periods,if you can confirm this in next session.
If you give more details,I would suggest more tips to resolve this issue.
Being on left side, possibility of it being angina needs to be ruled out, with EKG and Cardiologist opinion.
Report if physical exertion increases such a pain in left inner breast?
Other causes need to be ruled out after Consults with General Surgeon and or with Specialist Physician/Cardiologist doctor -as need be.
Further suggestions in this regard would need more information and details from You.

Do's Suggested-
-As the complaints are without any mass/ firmness in left breast,I would suggest you to Consult Surgeon and to rule out any tumour / or mass in left breast.
-Mammography yrly if need be would resolve this issue over coming yrs,and would rule out possibility of any tumour in such a case.
Confirm if the pain comes with exertions/ or after full meals.?
Confirm if physical exertions aggravate or initiate such a pain?
Find out if there is any firmness which comes and goes during the coming and going of this pain in left breast.
-Self palpation of breast for any tumour occurrence-for its early detection.
-Cap Vit E 400 mg x 3 mths, till the time further suggestions are given after studying more details are awaited from You.
Rule out other causes, before starting any treatment as suggested herewith.

This brief reply is given on facts submitted, which needs to be verified from your attending doctors, with whom you can check before starting further changes in the treatment.

Hope this would help you to plan further of this complex illness of yours.

Thank you. The pain is not made worse ny exercise etc. Im very frightened about it & really too scared to speak to my GP anout it. It went away on many occasions for months only to come back again. There is no history of BC in my family. No masses or lumps in the breast. I have large breasts in comparison to the rest of my body. The pain seems to start just around ovulation but ive really just started to make note of it so will monitor that. Thank you
