Brief Answer:
Get the teeth examined by a dental surgeon first.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these inconveniences that you have reported. Tooth removal would not be the only possible solution here. First, we need to understand why these teeth are causing so much discomfort in the mouth. It could be that there is poor alignment that allows the teeth to constantly touch the soft tissues in the mouth causing pains and ulcers. Remember that teeth are sharp and sharpness in itself is not a problem unless they get to touch the soft tissues because of poor alignment. A dental surgeon would need to examine the mouth and teeth, identify the cause and establish a treatment plan for this. For this, get an appointment with your dentist for evaluation and management.

Tooth removal is not the only solution. Realigning the teeth as well as blunting any sharp edges are all possibilities before ever getting to removal as a definite solution.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
