I am sure you are generally dealing with pretty straight forward basic questions and scenarios - This is NOT going to be one of them.

I have been dealing with severe vertigo as well as slurring words as well as chest pains and finally a feeling in my left arm as if I have a blood pressure cuff on it.

Finally I have severe light sensitivity when I go into a store with fluorescent lights.

My upper teeth are also numb as if I am wearing a nmouthpiece.

I just completed a 7 day course of prednisone of 20mg a day as the general I saw last week thought I may be having a Sarcoid flare up.

I was biopsied positive for Sarcoidosis in 1997 (medianoscopy) in my lymph glands in my chest.

I am seeing a neurologist on Monday for the above symptoms.

This has all been going on for the past year. I have recently been in XXXXXXX OR from California where the temp has gone from 80 F to 95 - 100 F.

All of my symptoms listed above have magnified to the point where I cannot even walk a half a block which is why I was put on 20 mg of prednisone. After just the first day on prednisone my symptoms immediately almost went away and after the third day they were almost resolved. Today is the first day off prednisone and I am almost as bad as before.

One minute this is looking like Neuro and the next it is looking and acting like my heart,

I have had a MRI as well as a ekg and all blood work. All Normal

My BP is 120/80 or a little higher or lower but always normal.

I just came inside from just walking down the street and in addition to feeling dizzy my left arm feels pressurized. But now after being inside with the Air conditioning I feel almost back to normal - No chest pain - but left arm feels pressure.
Could I have normal blood pressure and normal ekg and still have a heart issue?

I also had a ultrasound done on my corroted artery and it was normal -

If I did NOT tell you of my Sarcoidosis then what would you be thinking.

I have NEVER had these symptoms before and you did NOT address the heat issue which is THE cause of the exazerbation of my symptoms.

Your answers were textbook.

I am looking to see if a guy my age presented with this with NO Sarcoidosis then what could be causing this distress when in the heat?

I want to get past Sarcoid and get to the bottom of this,

This is NOT - Repeat NOT Sarcoid related - AT ALL.

So....... Without doing the whole Cliche' standard answeres what is causing my arm to be feeling like it has a cuff on it as well as being EXTREMELY EXHAUSTED ALL THE TIME.
