Brief Answer:
You can consult physiotherapist for help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
XXXXXXX medicine has side effects at higher doses so I will advise other muscle relaxant along with it or start physio therapy.

You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.

If not relieved then you may need further investigation like x ray.
