A: There is a hole and half is it has gone already, I needed it to be removed for sure and either get a new tooth or get that area gum stitched.
2.Do you have swelling of gum flap around wisdom tooth?
A: I guess a little as I can feel there is little swelling around my upper wisdom tooth.

Brief Answer:
Extraction can be done..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per the answers, you can very much get the wisdom tooth extracted and then if needed a stitch can be placed while at times even it is not needed and the extraction area will heal on its own..

You do not need to get a replacement for wisdom tooth as it is a rudimentary tooth and does not take place in chewing and can be very much left after extraction..

So consult an Oral Surgeon and get it extracted as there is no problem in it..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
