Sure Madam. I have got my molars having issues and over time they the last ones on both sides on upper section of tooth are totally gone. I am worried that there may be a problem that my pre molars will also get affected. I don't have any foul smell, sensation related issues or any other issues with my tooth. Please guide. Hope I clarified what I am going through.

Brief Answer:
Might be decay leading to breaking of tooth, needs x ray and treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your explanation, you might have decay in your molar teeth that must have led to making the nerves dead so there is no pain and weakening of tooth might have led to its fracture..

Consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical examination and x ray has to be done..

In case if teeth can be saved Root Canal Treatment will be advised..
If teeth cannot be saved extraction will be done..

Any further queries are welcome..

Regards.
