Question: I got throat infection and coufhing problem due to mangoes. How can i treat this. Tried gargelling with salt water but constant irritation is there

This looks like throat infection.

You need antibiotics as mild infection can be cleared by salt water gargling and yours seems moderate to severe

You can take Azithromycin 500mg 3 days , daily one tablet. This is a prescription drug and your doc will prescribe it for you.

You can add a decongestant or antihistaminic like cetrizine to help irritation.
