Brief Answer:
It can be due to gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and prescription. Your daughters problem can be due to gastritis. In such case ibuprofen (ibugesic plus) can worsen it. So don't give it.
You can apply hot water bag on abdomen which will give relief. Over the counter drugs like Ranitidine (rantac) can be given 75 mg for her. Or if you have antacids you can give.

Does she have pain while palpation on right lower abdomen?
Is she having any fever or nausea?
In such cases appendicitis should be ruled out.

Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

I gave her some curd with water and now she is sleeping.
I checked her abdomen and it does not hurt by pressing hard as I was checking appendix problem too. What should we do in the morning or should I take her to doctor? Did you check the prescription I HD sent. There was one medicine doctor prescribed to have before breakfast.

I have uploaded the prescription where the two medicines doctor gave today.

Brief Answer:
Explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

I have gone through your prescription. Junior lanzol is there for gastritis in this. It is lanzoperazole a proton pump inhibitor. This one you can continue to give 1 hour before break fast. It is good to cure gastritis. Aldospas is for relieving spastic pain. This you can avoid if pain is not there.

Avoid spicy, greasy ,fatty and junk foods. Carbonated drinks and coffee should be avoided also. You can give her porridge, curd, milk etc which doesn't irritate stomach. Hot water bag application will be helpful also.

If pain is recurring and more then better to consult your doctor again. Ultrasound examination will be needed to rule out other causes in such case.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
