Brief Answer:
Not a emergency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your attach reports ,it is not a emergency.Scheuermann disease, also known as juvenile kyphosis, juvenile discogenic disease or vertebral epiphysitis, is a common condition which results in kyphosis of the thoracic or thoracolumbar spine. The diagnosis is usually made on plain film. There is no x ray so kindly attach x-ray ,so I can guide you properly.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
