Question: I thought it could have been parasites just from looking things up on Google. so I looked for different things that could help them go away and I have been eating coconut in the morning and eating 3 garlic cloves a day now for 3 days and it seems that more of these hair and black things are falling out of me sounds weird and gross but I'm scared

Brief Answer:
looks like skin infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.

It looks like from the photo you provided that you have a skin infection. This is fairly common but can get worse if you do not get on antibiotics.

It is best for you to see a doctor for an evaluation and to get a prescription for antibiotics to take by mouth.

In the mean time start taking some probiotics, use a topical antibiotic cream like Neosporin and use some warm compresses on the infected areas (just a warm washcloth that you hold over the areas).

If you are using any alcohol, tobacco or drugs please stop that as they can make this worse.
This may not resolve until you get antibiotics so please see a doctor as soon as possible.

Brief Answer:
probably just dead tissue

Detailed Answer:
This is probably just dead tissue coming from the infection. It is unlikely to be parasites, but in any case you really need to see a doctor soon to make sure this gets treated appropriately and does not get worse.

Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the follow up.
Yes, it is really good for you to try to stop smoking. Not only does it put you at risk for lung and heart disease but it also makes infections harder to heal. I know it is hard to quit but give it a try.
I hope this clears up very soon
