Brief Answer:
fibromyositis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

From the history,it seems that you may have suffered from a muscle catch or a spasm.

The fibrous tissue and muscle in this region are liable for inflammation.
Iflammation or spasm of these tissues leads to a condition called fibromyositis.

You should apply local analgesic gel followed by hot fomentation.

Taking analgesic muscle relaxant tablets will help.

You should stretch the arm and back within permissible range slowly to relieve the spasm.

If the pain does not subside by these measures, you should consult a nearby orthopedist for further treatment.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
